These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Ts&Cs”) are made between VEDIC LAB (“Company”) and the entity (“Affiliate”) submitting an application to participate in the Company’s affiliate program (“Affiliate Program”). By submitting an application or accessing, receiving, or otherwise taking advantage of any offerings from VEDIC LAB, the Affiliate expressly consents to these Ts&Cs and represents that they have the authority to bind the Affiliate to these terms.

1. Enrollment

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must submit an application through the designated registration page. The Affiliate agrees to provide accurate information, and VEDIC LAB will notify the Affiliate of acceptance or rejection at its sole discretion.

2. VEDIC LAB Materials

The Affiliate may promote the offerings provided by VEDIC LAB. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. VEDIC LAB may supply the Affiliate with certain links, advertising, and marketing materials (“VEDIC LAB Materials”), which may be used only as specified by VEDIC LAB. The Affiliate shall not make any unauthorized representations or claims regarding any VEDIC LAB offerings.

3. Affiliate Fee

For purchases made by a qualifying consumer through the Affiliate’s unique links, VEDIC LAB shall pay the Affiliate the amounts specified on the affiliate dashboard. The Affiliate Fee will be calculated after deductions for taxes, refunds, discounts, processing fees, and other standard business deductions. A “Qualifying Consumer” is defined as a new customer who has no prior relationship with VEDIC LAB and whose purchase can be attributed to the Affiliate’s marketing efforts. Fees will be paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum threshold of $100 for payouts.

4. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

VEDIC LAB provides the Affiliate Program and all associated materials “as is” and disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the agreement, with a liability cap of $500.

5. Miscellaneous

Neither party will disclose the terms of these Ts&Cs or any non-public information, except as required by law. These Ts&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes arising from these Ts&Cs shall be resolved in the courts located in Zug, Switzerland. Any modifications to these Ts&Cs require mutual written agreement. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

By participating in the VEDIC LAB Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Ts&Cs.
